CITY OF SALEM FIRST PASSAGE In the year Two Thousand and Twenty-Two An Ordinance to amend mooring permit fees. Section 1. Section 10-24(d) Mooring Permit of Chapter 10 Boats and Waterways is hereby amended by deleting paragraphs through in their entirety and replacing them with the following: “(1)Fee for mooring, $7.00 per foot of vessel per year. Fee for slip, $7.00 per foot of vessel per year. Fee for commercial transient mooring, $100.00 per year. Fee for guest mooring (city owned), $40.00 per day. Fee for private float, $100 per year. Fee for a waitlist for a mooring, $10 per year.” Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by City Charter.
