Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed infrastructure improvements for the Canal Street Flood Mitigation Project located within Hersey Avenue, Ocean Avenue, Meadow Street, Laurel Street, Forest Avenue, Clifton Avenue, Salem State University O’Keefe Center Parking Lot (225 Canal St) and Forest River Park within areas subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection and Conservation Ordinance.
