CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Public Hearing Notice Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent for Stephen Lovely, Castle Hill Group LLC, 14 Story Street, Salem MA, 01970. The purpose of this hearing is to discuss the construction of a barn, utilities and access for property located at 0 Story Street, lot A, Map 23 Parcel 2. The project proposal is within an area subject to the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem’s Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. The public hearing will be held July 20, 2021 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions to be posted to www.salem.com no later than July 13, 2020, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021.
