Salem City Hall 93 Washington Street, Salem, MA 01970 ph: 9787459595 Planning Board 911 Dodge St., 217219 and 231251 Washington St. Public Hearing Notice City of Salem Planning Board Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the application of DODGE AREA, LLC. for an amendment to the approved Site Plan Review, Planned Unit Development Special Permit, and Flood Hazard Overlay District Special Permit for the property located at 911 Dodge St., 217219 Washington St., and 231251 Washington St. (Map 34, Lots 0403, 0405, and 0406). Specifically, the applicant proposes to remove the top floor of the West/South Building (residential mixeduse), and remove the deepest portion of the underground parking garage and to increase the depth of the inline retail along lower Washington Street. As amended, the applicant proposes to construct an approximately 160,000 square foot mixuse development with 64 residential units, commercial space including a potential hotel, a parking structure with 212 parking space, associated landscaping and pedestrian and transportation improvements. The public hearing will be held on Thurs, July 30, 2015 at 7:00 PM, at 120 Washington St, 3rd floor, room 313, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Mass. General Laws.
