CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Request for Determination of Applicability for Chester H Kusek, 27 Osborne Hill Dr, Salem MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed landscaping, fencing, patio and associated improvements at 27 Osborne Hill Dr within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
