City of Salem Zoning Board of Appeals Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of THE CHARLES HOPE COMPANIES, LLP, seeking Variances from the provisions of Sec. 4.1.1 Table of Dimensional Requirements of the Salem Zoning Ordinance, for maximum lot coverage, rear yard setbacks, and the number of stories to allow the reconstruction, extension or structural change of an existing nonconforming structure at the property of 81 Derby Street (Map 41 Lot 275)( R2 Zoning District). The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 6:30 PM, in Room 313, 3rd at 120 Washington Street.
