CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Request for Determination of Applicability for the City of Salem, 98 Washington St, Fl 2, Salem MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed replacement of catch basin grates, repairs to Liberty Hill Ave drain outfall, repairs to Sargent Street drain outfall, and extending outlet pipe across Azalea Rd at Greenlawn Cemetery at 57 Orne St within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
