CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation under the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. General Laws c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection and Conservation Ordinance for Hutchinson Realty Trust, 333 Highland Ave, Salem MA. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed delineation of wetland resource area boundaries and their associated buffer zones for the properties located at 329, 331 and 333 Highland Ave. Hearing will be 12/14/17 at 6:30pm in City Hall Annex, 3rd floor conference room, 120 Washington St. Salem News publication date: December 7, 2017
