All municipal departments will be closed as indicated, except in those departments where it is necessary to maintain operations. HOLIDAY DAY OBSERVED Martin Luther King Day Monday, January 15 Presidents’ Day Monday, February 19 *Good Friday Friday, March 29 Patriots’ Day Monday, April 15 Memorial Day Monday, May 27 Juneteenth Wednesday, June 19 Independence Day Thursday, July 4 Labor Day Monday, September 2 Indigenous Peoples’ Day Monday, October 14 Veterans’ Day Monday, November 11 Thanksgiving Thursday, November 28 **Day after Thanksgiving Friday, November 29 ***Christmas Eve Day Tuesday, December 24 Christmas Day Wednesday, December 25 ***New Year’s Eve Day Tuesday, December 31 New Year’s Day Wednesday, January 1, 2025 *Good Friday: Offices follow a ½ day schedule; City Hall and 98 Washington Street will be open until 11:30AM, with a skeleton crew. Employees who work on Good Friday will be granted an equal number of hours to be taken within two weeks and with agreement of their Department Head. **Day after Thanksgiving: This is a non-premium holiday, and a skeleton crew will be implemented. Employees who work the Day after Thanksgiving will be granted an equal number of hours to be taken within two weeks and with agreement of their Department Head. ***Christmas Eve Day and New Year’s Eve Day: All municipal offices will close at 11:30AM. This schedule will be in effect unless subsequent notice is provided.
