REVISED City of Salem Zoning Board of Appeals Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of ALTERNATIVE THERAPIES GROUP, INC., seeking a Special Permit per Sec. 6.10.4 of the Salem Zoning Ordinance, to operate a licensed retail marijuana establishment in a portion of the building in dual use with the existing licensed medical marijuana dispensary at 50 GROVE STREET (Map 16 Lot 238)(BPD/ECOD) The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 6:30 PM, in Room 313, 3rd at 120 Washington Street.
