CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Request for Determination of Applicability for Stephen and Ann Whittier, 10 River St, Salem MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss construction of a 96 sqft shed at 10 River St that was initiated prior to a Determination of Applicability within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
