CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Request for Determination of Applicability for Vinandal LLC, 67 Prospect St, Swampscott MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed replacement of 18’ x 90’ covered golf tee structure, addition to existing concrete pad and replacement of walkways within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
