CITY OF SALEM FIRST PASSAGE In the year two thousand and twenty-two An Ordinance to amend an ordinance and map relative to Zoning Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Salem as follows: Section 1. The City of Salem Zoning Map, in accordance with the requirements of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 5, that the following parcel located in the Residential Two Family (R2) and Industrial Districts be rezoned to the Industrial District Address Assessor’s Map and Lot Number 67 Derby Street Assessor’s Map 41, Parcel Lot Number 0339 Section 2.
