Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed 1.5 mile offroad bike path extension from Salem State University to the intersection of Washington, Mill, and Canal Streets, within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. The proposed route runs through Cityowned property at 260 Canal St and the MBTA’s rightofway at 142 RR Canal St. Hearing will be held 2/12/15 at 6:30pm in City Hall Annex, 3rd floor conference room, 120 Washington St. Salem News: February 5, 2015
