Proof of current rabies is required. The fee is as follows: Intact Male / Female - $15.00 Neutered / Spayed - $10.00 (Proof required) Payment can be made by mail to the address listed above. Please enclose a check or money order (payable to the City of Salem), along with proof of rabies and neuter/spay. Or you can pay in person at City Hall, Room 3, City Clerk’s Office by cash, check, credit or debit card. There is a bank surcharge for credit and debit payments. Any dog license renewal received after July 1st is subject to a $15.00 late fee, plus any prior license fees not paid.
