CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent for Angelo & Carmine Mongiello, 55 Eastman Avenue, Swampscott MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed repair of an existing headwall at 120 Swampscott Rd within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
