The proposed development is located at 373 Highland Avenue (Assessors Map 7, Lot 58), 5 Cedar Road (Assessors Map 7, Lot 48), 10 Cedar Road (Assessors Map 7, Lot 55), 355 Highland Avenue (Assessors Map 7, Lot 46), 2 Cedar Road (Assessors Map 7, Lot 57), 3 Cedar Road (Assessors Map 7, Lot 47), and 6 Cedar Road (Assessors Map 7, Lot 56). The public hearing will be held on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to www.sa1em.com no later than February 10, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021.
