Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed extension of Freeman Road and construction of 3 single family homes at 20, 22, and 24 Freeman Road within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
