CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability for Massachusetts Electric Company (MECO), for the proposed installation of one new, utility mid-span pole (P666-50) with a feeder monitor. Proposed work is located across 73 Flint Street, approximately Map 25, Lot 0003, in Salem, MA, within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. Meeting will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to salem.com no later than November 14, 2023 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Act of 2023.
