CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability for Naomi Cottrell. The project consists of removing two trees suffering from Pear Trellis Rust. The site is located at 409 Lafayette Street (Map 32, Lot 381) to the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. The meeting will be held on November 19, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to Salemma.gov no later than November 12 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
