CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability for Kate Newhall-Smith. The project consists of the installation of a shade structure at Charlotte Forten Park. The site is located at 289 Derby Street (Map 34, Lot 441) to the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. The meeting will be held on November 19, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to Salemma.gov no later than November 12 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
