CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent for 1 Jefferson LLC, 1 Jefferson Ave, Salem, MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed demolition of a portion of existing building, construction of 7,553 sq ft addition to rear of existing building, associated utility work and stormwater improvements at 1 Jefferson Ave within an area subject to the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
