CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Request for Determination for Jennifer Crawford, on behalf of Blue Sky Utility, LLC, for the proposed battery energy storage system with electric vehicle charging stations in Paradise Plaza. The project is located at 3-25 Paradise Road, Salem MA, Map 20, Lot 0006 within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. The meeting will be held Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to salem.com no later than September 12, 2023 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Act of 2023.
