The applicant specifically proposes to renovate an existing building to create five residential units. In addition, construct a new three story, five unit residential building. Site development will include paved parking areas, landscaping, stormwater management systems, and utility installations. The public hearing will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to www.salem.com no later than August 31, 2023, in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
