CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent for the City of Salem, 120 Washington St, 4th floor, Salem MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed bioinfiltration system and associated improvements at the parking lot at Winter Island Park (50 Winter Island Rd) within an area subject to the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem’s Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
