City of Salem First Passage In the year Two Thousand and Twenty One An Ordinance to amend an Ordinance relative to Traffic Ch. 42, Sec. 49, “Stop Sign” Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Salem, as follows: Section I. Amending Chapter 42, Section 49 – “Stop Sign” is hereby amended by adding the following: Moulton Avenue – South bound traffic on Moulton Avenue at Franklin Street Section II. This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by City Charter.
