CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a request for an amendment to the current Order of Conditions issued to Raime Schneider at 252 Bridge Street Salem MA, 01970. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed amendments that include a new stormwater outfall into the North River within an area subject to the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem’s Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. The meeting will be held on November 19, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to Salemma.gov no later than November 12 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
