City of Salem First Passage In the year Two Thousand and Twenty One An Ordinance to amend an Ordinance relative to Traffic Ch. 42, Sec. 50B, “Handicapped Zones, Limited Time” Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Salem, as follows: Section I. Amending Chapter 42, Section 50B – “Handicapped Zones, Limited Time” is hereby amended by adding the following: Forrester Street – One Handicapped Parking Space to be added in front of #9 Forrester Street, for the distance of twenty (20) feet. Section II. This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by City Charter.
