CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent for Salem State University, 352 Lafayette St, Salem MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed replacement of 2 monitoring wells within the salt marsh adjacent to the baseball field at the Salem State South Campus at 71 Loring Ave, within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
