On September 7, 2017, a copy of the draft can be reviewed at the Department of Planning and Community Development, 120 Washington Street, 3rd floor, at the Salem Housing Authority, 27 Charter Street, at the Salem Public Library, 370 Essex Street, Salem, MA or at http://www.salem.com/sites/salemma/files/uploads/caperfy17draftbothsections.pdf . The draft CAPER includes information on programs conducted and expenditures for the period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 including Economic Development, Housing, Neighborhood Improvements, Public Services and Planning and Administration activities. The City of Salem will accept written comments on the draft CAPER from September 7, 2017 until September 22, 2017, Noon. Comments may be sent to Jane A.
