The CPA-established local dedicated fund is used to undertake open space, historic preservation, outdoor recreation and community housing projects. The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, 6:00pm, via remote participation with instructions to be posted to www.salem.com no later than October 5, 2021. The public will have an opportunity to comment on Salem’s needs, possibilities and resources with regard to community preservation. Written comments may also be sent to the Department of Planning and Community Development, 98 Washington St., Salem, MA 01970 by October 22, 2021.
