CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent for North Shore Medical Center, Inc, 81 Highland Ave, Salem MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed rehabilitation of entrance road and sidewalks (108 Jefferson Ave & Dove Ave) to North Shore Medical Center (Salem Hospital), 81 Highland Ave, within an area subject to the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
