120 WASHINGTON STREET, SALEM, MASSACHUSETTS 01970 ∙PHONE [PHONE REDACTED] FAX [PHONE REDACTED] ∙WWW.SALEM.COM City of Salem Planning Board Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the application of OLD SALEM JAIL VENTURES, LLC for an amendment to the Planned Unit Development approved on December 7, 2006 and amended on April 17, 2008; July 17, 2008 and March 19, 2009 in accordance with Section 7.3 Planned Unit Development of the Zoning Ordinance. The proposed amendment is to add three residential units in the former 3,200 square foot restaurant space for the property located at 50 ST. PETER STREET (Map 35, Lot 179). Parking for the three new units is proposed to be provided with the existing three onsite spaces that were dedicated to the restaurant use. The public hearing will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 7:00 PM, in Room 313, Third Floor at 120 Washington Street in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws. A copy of the application and plans are on file and available for review during normal business hours at the Department of Planning & Community Development, Third Floor, 120 Washington Street, Salem, MA.
