The amendment is to remove the automated parking arm at the garage entrance on Naumkeag Street as required by condition 4c in the comprehensive permit. The audio visual alarm system would remain. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com no later than November 9, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and in accordance with Chapter 107 of the Act of 2022.
