CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Request for Determination of Applicability for City of Salem, 93 Washington St, Salem MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed construction of a parking lot and appurtenances on Bridge St between Howard St and St Peter St, in front of the Old Salem Jail, within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
