CITY OF SALEM CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING FOR STORAGE OF INFLAMMABLES The City Council will hold a hybrid Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 93 Washington Street, 2nd floor and remotely on zoom on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at 7:00 P.M. on the petition from A Prime Energy for an inflammable license to keep/store combustible liquids and flammable liquids and gases for the property located at 342 Highland Avenue.
