CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Notice of Intent for Dominic Pezzulo for the proposed work of a 60-unit, mixed used residential apartment building. The site is located at 75 North Street (Map 26, Lot 58), 2 Commercial Street (Map 26, Lot 57), and 3 South Mason Street (Map 26, Lot 54) within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection and Conservation Ordinance. The meeting will be held Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to salem.com no later than October 8 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
