Turner Group Inc. for a Flood Hazard Overlay District Special Permit in accordance with Section 8.1 Flood Hazard Overlay District to allow for the construction of a 7,600 square foot addition to the existing building on the property located at 293 Bridge Street and 297 Bridge Street (Map 26, Lots 634 and 635). The adjacent lot, currently a municipal parking lot, will be used for employee and customer parking, tractor trailer access, and exterior storage for products. Decision: Approved with conditions Filed with the City Clerk on July 24, 2017 This notice is being sent in compliance with the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Sections 9 & 15 and does not require action by the recipient. Appeals, if any, shall be made pursuant to Chapter 40A, Section 17, and shall be filed within 20 days from the date which the decision was filed with the City Clerk.
