CITY OF SALEM PLANNING BOARD FORM A- DECISION 342 Highland Avenue and 2 Barcelona Avenue (Map 8, Lots 14-15) On July 25, 2019, the Salem Planning Board voted seven in favor (Chair Ben Anderson, Bill Griset, Carole Hamilton, Noah Koretz, Kirt Rieder, Helen Sides, Matt Veno) and none opposed to endorse “Approval under Subdivision Control Law Not Required” for the property located at 342 Highland Avenue and 2 Barcelona Avenue and shown on the following described plan: “Subdivision Plan of Land located in Salem, Massachusetts” by Eastern Land Survey Associates, Inc., dated June 10, 2019. Applicant: Attorney George W. Atkins 65 Congress Street, Salem, MA 01970 Location: 342 Highland Avenue and 2 Barcelona Avenue (Map 8, Lots 14-15) Description: This Form A reconfigures the current parcels shown as the Assessors Map 8, Lots 14 and 15 into two parcels as shown on the endorsed plan as Lot 748 and Lot 749.
