CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent for the City of Salem, 93 Washington St, Salem MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed construction of a multiuse path around the perimeter of Winter Island Park (50 Winter Island Road) within an area subject to the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem’s Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
