CITY OF SALEM CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING THURSDAY, APRIL 13, 2023 The Salem City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday April 13, 2023, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor City Hall 93 Washington Street, Salem MA, or Remotely via Zoom (see agenda for Zoom Link) on the request for extended hours of operation for On the Grind Café 36 Jefferson Ave., Salem.
