Specifically, the application proposes to convert the second floor and its mezzanine of the existing commercial building into eight residential dwelling units. The public hearing will be held on Thurs, May 21, 2015 at 7:00 PM, at 120 Washington St., 3rd floor, room 313, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws.
