CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability for Gary Corsetti. The proposed work consists of removal of an invasive tree causing structural damage to an existing foundation. The site is located at 90 Webb Street (Map 46, Lot 196-16) within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. Meeting will be held on May 21, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to Salemma.gov no later than May 14 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
