CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Request to Amend an Order of Conditions for LEC Environmental Consultants, on behalf of the Residences on Canal Street, LLP, for 282, 282R, 266, and 286 Canal Street and 2 Kimball Road, Salem MA. Proposed design changes include compensatory flood storage methods, parking and pedestrian circulation, pool amenity, utilities, native planting areas, and pedestrian connection to rail trail, located within areas subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. Meeting will be held Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to salem.com no later than January 9, 2024 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Act of 2023.
