CITY OF SALEM TAX CLASSIFICATION PUBLIC HEARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2021 AT 7:00 P.M. VIA REMOTE PARTICIPATION Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Section 56 of Chapter 40 of the Massachusetts General Laws, the City Council of the City of Salem will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. remotely via zoom on the issue of allocating the local property tax levy among the four property classes for the fiscal year of 2022, and the residential, open space, and small commercial exemption options. The Tax Rate Classification will be part of the City Council Regular Meeting. ALL INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY PARTICIPATE AND SUBMIT COMMENTS.
