CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Notice of Intent for Arthur Nichols and Barry Jones for the proposed installation of a pier and boat lift system and stairs to access the beach at the property located at 411 Lafayette St., Map 32, Lot 382, within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. Meeting will be held Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to salem.com no later than March 12 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
