CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Notice of Intent for Patrowicz Land Development Engineering for the proposed demolition of an existing house a construction of new house with associated landscaping, stormwater mitigation, and related improvements. The site is located at 6 Lathrop St. (Map 36, Lot 337) within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. Meeting will be held Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to salem.com no later than April 9 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
