Salem City Hall 93 Washington Street, Salem, MA 01970 ph: 9787459595 Planning Board 43 Bridge Street Public Hearing Notice City of Salem Planning Board Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the application of SKOMURSKI DEVELOPMENT LLC for a Waiver of Frontage Request and Flood Hazard Overlay District Special Permit in accordance with Section 8.1 Flood Hazard Overlay District of the Salem Zoning Ordinance, for the property located at 43 BRIDGE STREET (Map 36 Lot 238). Specifically, the applicant proposes to divide the property into five lots for the construction of four singlefamily homes and one duplex. The public hearing will be held on Thurs, June 4, 2015 at 7:00 PM, at 120 Washington St., 3rd floor, room 313, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws.
