REGULATION NO. 15 These regulations shall take effect on and after their publication, as provided herein in regulation 16. All regulations and parts of regulations inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. REGULATION NO. 16 These regulations shall to the entire City of Salem, shall be entered and recorded on the records of said city of Salem, and shall be published in a newspaper in said city of Salem. REGULATION NO. 17 Whoever violates any of these regulations shall forfeit a sum not exceeding one hundred (100) dollars, excepting where otherwise provided by the law. Legal ad in Salem evening news, December 12, 1970. Regulation 17 of the board of health is herby amended by deleting the work one hundred and substituting the word for twenty. Regulation shall be read as follows: “whoever violates any of these regulations shall forfeit a sum not exceeding twenty (20) dollars excepting where otherwise provided by law.”
