CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent for Mark Mazuzan, 441 Lafayette St, Salem MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed repair and replacement of dock, float and mooring at 441 Lafayette St within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
